Our managing director

Nicola Maxwell is Managing Director at edoMidas and brings over 20 years’ experience in talent development. Her relationship with the business began as a client, while working in-house at Standard Life, before she joined edoMidas as a leadership consultant in 2011.

Nicola became a Director in 2016, with responsibility for the Leadership & Management division, prior to being appointed Managing Director in 2022. She’s worked with a wide range of organisations, supporting leaders and teams to deliver lasting impact.

Nicola’s passionate about designing bespoke development programmes that drive genuine behavioural change. By helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential, she enables organisations to achieve meaningful and measurable results.

Sharing research-based insights and providing tailored support, Nicola brings deep expertise alongside constructive challenge and fresh thinking.
